The Antelope Valley Interfaith Council met yesterday, August 10, 2011, for the first time after the two-month summer recess.
We discussed our upcoming events for the next year including our annual Thanksgiving Service in November, World Interfaith Harmony Week in February, and The National Day of Prayer in May.
More details about these events will be shared as we get closer to each, but go ahead and tentatively mark your calendars for the Thanksgiving Service on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving (November 22, 2011, World Interfaith Harmony Week the first week in February (February 1, 2012 through February 7, 2012), and the National Day of Prayer on May 3, 2012.
